Need to know the grades. I'm sure the plant is OK, or at least adequate, with the improvements made. There were always going to be problems with the plant in the ramp up stage, but rarely anything that can't be remedied (watch out for that with LYC too, btw).
Look, it could be terminal if the silver grade isn't there. Maybe you would want to mothball the plant and focus on exploration in the hope of hitting better grades, maybe even ones high enough to process with the existing ore, but to do that you'd have to negotiate with CBA about the hedges.
