The last Heron Progress Report (16) on the 21st of November indicated that:
"Since the last report the 178m (7”) liner has been cleaned out, a 114mm (41/2”) slotted liner has been installed to 4,453.5mMDRT and the well has been displaced to brine.
The forward plan is to install the production test string and commence testing the lower of the two zones of interest.
Eni has advised that it intends to carry out two separate production tests to determine reservoir productivity and gas composition of the two zones of interest intersected by the well.".
Given the well was cased at the time to TD, displaced to brine and was about to commence installing the test string which is relatively quick, therefore testing would have commenced with well clean-up flows probably later that evening, if not on the 22nd of November. Today is the 27th, and MEO will only "complete production testing" tomorrow, the 28th, therefore given that they cannot stimulate this zone or do any remedial/conditioning work once the liner is installed, we can therefore assume that there is a high chance that the well has flowed successfully and they are running a series of production test.
We wait another 24hrs. I would expect a Gurame announcement imminently.
