re: Ann: IXR: IMX signs Heads of Agreement to... Quite right Pilatus - there was never a solvency problem with OZL - purely one of liquidity that was caused by 2 or 3 panic struck members of a banking consortium who would not agree to rollover debt. The need to rollover came from the creation of OZL which triggered the need to rollover.
In the absence of a supportive government (too happy splashing squillions of taxpayer cash around and insulating peoples roofs etc) we had to sell our Zinc operation for a knock down price. I am still ****ed off all these years later!
