My question was..
"Are you telling me ASIC keeps a list of all the uncovered shorts on a stock, and adjusts and promulgates it accordingly as they get covered?"
The way I'm reading that information supplied via the ASIC report is that the 63,264,497 QBE short position is an aggregate report of daily shorts for the year, Jan to Nov 20th so far.
Do you think they're all still short? I don't.
