Sorry to confuse the issue with difficult and pesky questions...
But,
- Who saw it, apart from you and when? - What are you doing to protect yourself and your family? -This does sound suspiciously like some WorldNet Daily articles mixed with some of your random day-dreams and wishful thinking, any reason for that?
- China is quite dependent on a continual and expanding trade with the US and others. In the scenario that you suggest, there is no further development of Chinese commercial industry, no export market in much of the world for any high value Chinese manufactured goods, not much economy of any sort really, apart from warfare and weapons manufacture (which is currently and is likely to remain the speciality of the US by the way, imagine what they would be like if they really diverted their energy towards it).
Why would Chinese leadership risk the unrest of their people, and their current virtual thrones, by not being able to provide any prosperity to the masses from a growing commercial sector.
You have to remember that human wave warfare is not too likely to be a big winner these days, and China does not have much chance to develop anything to counter the US military in the time scales you talk about.
There are so many other pesky questions, but this is a good enough start.
