Have to agree 100%, what a waste of time & space IMOPO

monhawk, either you have just found MDV, or you at PP's brother, in either case, I feel sorry for you.

Its been over 4 years, probably closer to 5 since a sale and you apparently haven't read this forum or the details posted on it to the report from the SI health official that mentions other solution providers, but not MDV's MM, nor the details of the medical facility in Victoria that looked into MM and found the ongoing costs too high. The only thing IMOPO that PP is good at selling is a yarn, we have seen this stock plummet under his rain, thats fact, look at Yahoo Finance, here is the link, http://au.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=mdv&ql=1, thats fact not fiction. 12 months ago we had to have a share dilution because there where too many share's and why? because there PP had to get is hundred's of thousands PA, at the expense of the share holders, If you where a LT holder you would be suffering like the rest of us who are still here, a $500.00 parcel of shares 5 years ago is now worth just $5.00 and you feel that good management? IMOPO, if it had been his money he was playing with MDV would have folded 4 years ago.

MDV have never posted any official documentation on its web site about th SI, only PP's statements, no photo's of the visit, nothing. In fact the visit was two weeks past before there was any mention of it, it wasn't apparently a visit that was so exciting that the LONG suffering share holders needed to hear about it. IMOPO, that raised the question is there any fact in this SI sale? Given that there was no mention in the Health report from SI you have to ask yourself???

What now? how can obtaining another company help to concentrate on the running of the core business? Look at Sunnywipes and the trace companies anert they more in the liking of the "CORE" busines, being medical and not finance??

IMOPO, there will be a share dilution in the very near future because there are now more shares that 12 months ago, the only people who are going to get anything from this IMOPO are the holders that have over 5 million shares, IMOPO, us poor buggers that have supported this sham (IMOPO) are never going to get anything out of it.

I had over 2 million share till recently now I have offloaded and put the pittance I got into a correctly run Company, but I will hold shares just to be able to post here and say I've been long term
