Good reporting there LeJackal. Many times it is said, "it can be a rough journey to go from explorer to miner". This one is the epitome.
All well and good to be after the fact geniuses, but they should have handed it over to Leightons for operation from the start. They have a presence in the country. Probably not too late to still consider that now, if Leightons would take it on. But so much of this mess was avoidable. Very poorly managed.
