With a up and coming cap raising of 20 million dollars I would say there will be a register around 320 million shares so your calc on 68 cents would be some what less.

However with further upside in the resource I still maintain a share price of around a dollar based on a sale price of 320 million dollars.

Its only one way in my view for this stock
