Was Wellborn hoping to get resolution 3 passed so he could give discounted shares to his mates who have sold higher, and subsequently dropped the share price 20%. Obviously other shareholders don't think this is in their interests. I completely forgot to vote , but would also have voted it down. If price stays at this price level then a hostile bid is on the cards.
