Have Afghanis Gone Mad????
Dateline Kabul, Jan. 21st., 2003:
After a longstanding (10 Year) ban on women drivers, they are about to be unleashed on Afghan roads again, from this Saturday.
Recognising their limitations, the compulsory 4 month (minimum) training course they have had to undergo included panel beating.
One of the many attractions of fundamentalism is out the door, to be followed by goodness knows what.
Next thing you know they will get the vote, be permitted to have an opinion, be allowed to talk, be granted permission to leave the house etc., etc..
As I said in my opening remarks....Bring back the Taliban.......all is forgiven.
Remember, a vote for fundamentalism is a vote for a low/no road toll, not to mention the other benefits.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings.
Cheers all,
Carl.
