GENERAL: NFF: Class action settlement approved

Nufarm Limited announced that the Federal Court has today approved the
settlement agreement relating to class action proceedings that were brought
against the company in early 2011. The settlement, which will result in a
payment by Nufarm of $46.6 million, results in the class action being
dismissed without any admission of liability by Nufarm. $43.5 million was
booked as a material item in Nufarm's 2011/2012 accounts, with the balance to
be reported in the interim results of the current financial year.
