Looks like they renamed Texon III to Talon Petroleum on Monday this week.

Looks like preparations for the demerger is beginning despite the fact they haven't even announced a date for the EGM.

Currently only 1,000 shares (I imagine that will change pretty quickly) - ASIC no longer tracks public company holdings so I can't see who holds them - however Texon is listed as the ultimate holding company so they may be held directly by TXN.

And speaking of which I checked the ASX upcoming floats and nothing is listed there yet. Wonder what date they're thinking about?
