ShanDong will buy 4550m new shares at 5c a share on YES vote. Together, that's 4320m + 4550m = 9870m shares in total for FML.
At 3.4c a share, FML has a market cap of 335m with a massive 227m cash and around 30m debt.
This leaves FML with a net market cap of only 135m.
