Santoo, you weren't there or you have no idea what went on at the AGM. The figures you quote were only proxies. You have no idea how many attendees voted against the resolutions. You're just guessing or delibrately misleading. It was decided on a show of hands and two of the motions were close.

Besides most the resolutions could hardly be voted down. KAB need capital. They need Noble. So why vote against anything related to those items.
