Ann: Results of Annual General Meeting , page-8

Interesting to see the results. Assuming ATW corp holds 40% of the shares,that leaves 60% of the company left, including those held by management etc.
When you consider that the residual of investors then had 42% vote against the remuneration report.. I think it's quite obvious general sentiment.

What I want to know for those who went to the AGM, is what were the director's reactions and opinions regarding the results in relation to the remuneration? Did they even care? Are they even concerned?

If they're certain that in 3 months time everything will be ticked and we'll be doing a backflip and thanking them for everything they've done, I can understand. But at the moment it's hard to imagine that!
