Can someone explain why the annoncement of resignation of half the board happened a few hours after the proxies had to be in?
How will they vote at the meeting?
Will their votes mean anything if there's an ASIC investigation?
Was there sommeone who knew better this week and sold? Do we, as shareholders have recourse to go after the board if it's over?
