IMHO, I believe your post and in particular the last paragraph is absolutely spot on my friend.
I repeat, how does a producing oil company with no debt end up like this. This saga has been a disgrace and the board need to go. Do they truly understand the losses that retail investors will suffer as a result of their mis-management. I think not. If the penny hasn't dropeed for the last 5 years, what's the chance of it happening now.
