I'm sure Argentina will be more careful jurisdiction shopping next time. I believe these bonds were written under a more odious regime, so it possibly sucks, but the law is just but not always fair. Maybe they will adjust the bond contracts to cover this eventuality in the future - may affect the pricing - but that would be fair.
