They should be registered and insured and same for those disabled person scooters.Anyone who rides a pushbike around major cities has a death wish in my opinion. They want to use the roads and the footpaths, when I get one of these yuppie riders in their lycra preparing to ride across a PEDESTRIAN crossing they will know I am not stopping for them.
