Coffey had $20 million plus in positive cash flow last financial year. COF have a history of paying 80% of cash flow as dividends. While this won't happen in next dividend payment, two years out will.
This year they are likely to pay at least 3c per dividend. 10% return. 4.28 cents fully franked, 13.8% return.
