Lol u can't become a producer unless u have first COMMISSIONED. If you know anything about plant commissioning , jantimot, u would realise that a plant gradually steps up production up to the design basis. U can't just run before u walk, at all stages production will be monitored....but this is classed as production not commissioning :).
