33.7 mil cash on hand NO debt 27.4 net profit last year(ok thats down on the year before but increasing again in 2013) chairman saying enough cash for five years and actively seeking new opportunities hope to be ann'ed soon, might just be over sold here me thinks, with the US and CHINA improving the price of oil is picked to go back to $150 a barrel next year.
