I don't mind the share resolution ,I did ask what other options they had and they said really only offering options with expired dates ,this for tax reasons was not in there best interest,all resolutions got passed,he did say they would not get them in one hit they will need to work towards targets to get paid these shares,there not really loans they issue the shares and they must pay for them the same day,if they can't pay they will sell them on market,seams fair to me ,they win if they hit targets we win with share price appreciation ,he Allso hinted we may not have another meeting as we may not be here.Ps I love the new name of our company Kogi iron.dyor
