I want to offer an alternative view to those urging early development. There are risks that way, and the emphasis of the market is likely to dwell on those risks.
What I would urge Darren and co to do is to go find more ounces. More ounces marginal to the known deposits, and particularly new ounces on new discoveries. From the viewpoint of shareholders, the thing that will get them to 10c (or more) quickest are new ounces in the ground.
Of course, following such a game plan depends on the view that Darren and co hold of the exploration potential. But we are told that there is a lot of high potential ground.
You will never lose the value of known ounces. Add more, and you increase the interest of the market, and you are likely to increase the possibility of a bid.
