We have great potential to be an asset play.
My 'model' asset play was Giralia, which proved up millions of tones of iron ore in the Pilbera, but had no transport solutions for getting the ore to port, nor port allocation to get the ore to the customer. But this didn't stop Atlas taking the over for around a billion dollars.
