I will assume the worst and without news with clout at this late stage of affairs I see the S.P stagnated and open to our manipulator bottom buyer and continuing at the lower end of 14.5c -seriously without news your 16.5c lowest S.P is way over what the general market will value POH at.
As you have capped it at 16.5c lowest price I would set that as best scenario without news (a high S.P with no news)
But we could be ,I hope surprised and POH will finally deliver something of substance so I with some optimism and blind faith will nominate 25c.
