Well, today is the last trading day at such "cheap" prices...once consolidation occurs, i'll have less shares...
with tomorrow's "imminent and well-anticipated" rate cut (corssing fingers), it would hopefully show the door North for FKP...
A 25 basis point cut will be good....but a 50 point basis cut would be stellar!!!
I've also seen Point Cook land hold ground pretty well in the last couple of months (I live in Point Cook) and many vacant "For Sale" boards have sold stickers on them...I think the vacant land investors have all realised that their asking prices needed a 10% (or so) haircut to get movement - in line with the rebates that Developers are offering at the moment. So Salt Water Coast should see some good signs....But then again, we are heading into holiday territory (being Dec/Jan)...So not too much will happen until about Feb 13...
