keep the price down, create uncertainty even after the good news of the plant starting commissioning ...
uptake of the SPP is unknown, but probably low.
its underwritten to 25 mill
if the uptake is low, the price will remain low and not move until after 14 dec.
if the uptake is high (esp over 25mill), then watch the price move from wed 5. (ie nothin in it for the underwritter)
if the above eventuates, then i know we only hold a 2 and 5 preflop.
