    The announcement says it is price sensitive
    So let me think
    Presently we have 39 cents on the board
    We have a 45 cents offer coming our way in early Jan 2013
    Supposedly the trading halt is at the behest of Hanalong
    I can't imagine them doing anything that is going to increase their offer
    So where does that leave the poor old SDL investor
