agreed dreambuyer. This deal stinks. Effectively they want us to sell 75% of TSI for $1 million, with 974 machines in operation. On top of that, we the TSN shareholders still have to secure another 500 machine deal to get the $1 mill. I don't understand this deal at all, it makes no sense to me, especially considering TSN management have been telling us that breakeven is 1000 machines in operation.
