What does it matter if India uses more renewables than us??? Have you been there? It is a disgusting crap hole (ok not all places) with rubbish and filth everywhere. They have no environmental standards what so ever. They dump a multitude of toxic waste straight into the sea and rivers.
This is what gets me about the new CO2/green fad. Your missing the bigger picture. The worlds problems are not solved by lowering CO2.
