Thiese dependencies should have been factored into the agreed implementation schedule....There is an intentional strategy of delay - is it coming to realisation that Hanlong don't want to takeover SDL and are trying to find a way out? Handling don't want to be seen to be withdrawing from the deal so want SDL to kill the deal!

The likely next steps is SDL will accede to their request - they have been impotent until now and cannot see this situation changing, even though they are giving the impression they aren't happy with the latest delay tactic? So what does Cameroon government think of this all? The stench of unconsciounable behaviour takes this deal to new highs....and I unfortunately have to include both Hanlong AND SDL...shameful...
