Do you think it is in MD's interest to have a high or low share price?
I think it would be better with a lower price so any performance options have a cheaper exercise price.
They have taken along time to announce the performance options. They should ideally be production related as the previous vendors/management creamed the performance options for drilling the deposits. The company is really in the production phase (not drilling) so the performance share milestones will be interesting. I am sure they will disappoint holders, yet again.
It makes sense as why MNB would not want to advertise the broker research target. If you were in ramping mode you would at least make sure you present the report to as many potential buyers as possible or at least make sure proactive investors cover the story.
