Naked short selling DOES happen, pop over to the BTA Biota thread, the proof is there, when they delisted from the ASX and went to Nasdaq, many holders didnt get their stock, Comsec was the broker. We dont have a regulated market that's why this crap is allowed to happen. And just to put the cherry on top of the PRR cake, todays closing price was determined by the last trade in the auction, ONE SHARE AT 11.5 cents ! Over and out.
