    The RBA will cut tomorrow,no choice.

    That makes 'vanillas' (a kiwi term for divi's)
    look especially attractive.

    I will be convinced of the turn around when
    I see money flowing to speculative but on balance
    one would have to say we are in the up cycle.

    I don't see a downside atm.
