Ferdie,
Where am I mistaken ?
"The Feds however have no jurisdiction and it is up to the states to adopt or ignore their findings.
It is only mr Ryan, under political pressure that has called a moratorium."
.... basically the Vic Govt coerced by the National Party, (as I was told by Ferguson's office).
This is what I basically said and the Vic Govt could reverse the moratoriunm tomorrow, except for Political, Greens and farmers concerns, .... and possibly other energy companies which the Moratorium could assist.
Anyway not long to go now to see what decision by Michael O'Brien, and I hope Beach and Lakes are keeping the pressure on him, (and Ryan).
.... otherwise IMO, Lakes stuffed.
