HI FERGUSG,

I suppose that I get as frustrated as everyone else, and my mind and opinion can change often.

However the reason that I really believe is due to the determination and age groups of both M T and Nick G. BOth of these guys have worked so hard for the company and failing the success of APG I think any further work opportunities for them would be few. Additionally like everyone of us they want the rewards and achievement status, which at this stage is quite possibly just around the corner.

To go so close and still miss out would be a shattering blow, after all the hard work these guys have put into the company. The S P is not in my opinion a reflection of their ability, but rather a sign of the times in these steadily changing market conditions, brought on by world wide financial problems.
