I would have thought that if the options are issued, they will be issued to original subscribers in the Prospectus, as an incentive to hold their shares rather than to "stag" them. So, if I am right, then the options would only be offered to original subscribers still holding their shares at the record date.
That is the way I have seen that sort of option used in other floats. Don't know the detail here. And I could be wrong.
