Axiomax, from what I have read I get the feeling that management is arrogant - "we answer to nobody and do our stuff".
In this current climate i get the feeling they are riding a high... so happy with this attitude if it makes me money!
Let me know how you go if you ring them. I work with a Dr and he has told me that his bulk billing is going electronic. I hope this means the same avenue for all pharmacies?
