    I don't know how you can be positive about TAM when the majority shareholder is prepared to trash it. I don't understand his logic other than shaking the tree to acquire 50.1%? Although, with the present construction of the Board he has effective control anyway. (And yes< i hold both TAM and ABU so it's not a matter of exiting one for the other.) I'm afraid, TAM is a hold at best.
