You are mistaken if you think I have ever said that they pay for the shipping.
And yes they may claim to get a premium to the pilbara fines but currently there is no pilbara fines price so they are in negotiations with Ansteel to work on a new pricing mechanism as far as I am aware (someone may be able to update me on this). Because this price doesn't exist any more anyone doing an analysis on iron ore production has to use the CRF China price and minus shipping costs to work out an FOB price. This is how Mt Gibson have set up there new pricing contract.
So what is the current price you are using for pilbara fines??
