Your hard to please. Very anti 2 Fs because they were not good enough for the board and are now replaced with 2 very experienced O&G personel on the board. You say they should be out in the field doing the hard yards but what if the 2 IG are in, how would you then put them out in the field with only finance background.? What would they know of wellsite preparation or reading seismic.?



My take is the directors are office front management team, they plan and oversee the project from where they are and the tech crew are guided to do the rest in the field. How many directors do you know now besides site visits go in the field and physically do the hard yards.? After 20 or 30yrs I think they have done heaps and now are managers as so to speak overseeing the projects.

We need both, finance and O&G savvy personel on the board doing their job as per their role of expertise.
