Are you saying that they could test both patches in one trial, effectively killing two birds with one stone, by randomising oxycodone, oxymorphone and a placebo.
I think the give away was mention of evaluating several opiods and at oxymorphone was the first selected for further development.
Is a slight delay in phase III to allow catch up for oxymorphone single and multi-dose trials.
