So far SMSL have made two applications to the high court for an interim stay of the TOL. Both have been dismissed by the high court. If SMSL wanted, they could appeal both applications that were dismissed by the high court to the court of appeal. If the court of appeal upholds the high court decision in both cases, SMSL can appeal both cases to the federal court.
Madness, absolute madness.
I believe SMSL know they have no chance of winning the application for interim stay or the judicial review case. It is all about the publicity it creates. Keep the noise up as much as possible until GE13 is over.
