Parliament is not a court of law and nobody is making a criminal case against Gillard yet. Never the less there are serious allegations that she must answer because, from any casual observers point of view, she looks guilty as hell.
Even to her own supporters she has a moral responsibility to answer these questions. That fact that she refuses shows a callous arrogance, is an insult to her supporters and an outrage to the Australian people. Not to mention that her obfuscation just makes her look even more guilty.
These are not criminal proceedings they are to do with her credibility. Based on her previous form one could only conclude that she is liar and, in all probability, a thief as well.
So don’t give me this crap about proof or smoking guns etc..
