I will clarify Grantha. Two different houses, house one became vacant 17th Nov painted ceiling and fixed retic back on rental market was on realestate.com.au for 2 weeks rented $380. House two reno not finished gutted, new kitchen, flooring, painted, new blinds etc. Many suppliers slowing down for xmas so delays. Will be put up for sale when reno finished, close to xmas but Mandurah and Rockingham markets are very active this time of year. Holiday makers drink, go to beach and window shop the real estate offices, never know might even snare a dumb out of towner.
