The LYC price has been compared to RE prices.
When you plot Lynas against REMX I see a big falling away from July.
From July, we have seen the TOL awarded and court cases won.
If LYC tracks with REMX, then the share price right now should be 95c.
A big call, but I think LYC is 50% undervalued.
