The price that OW pay for the 60% offtake has been discussed many times before. The ann was quite clear that they would pay the price of the London metal exchange. There was no mention of discounts, so why does one make these presumptions. In other words don't make a big issue out of something just because you don believe it. Put it in to other words,and perhaps a bit more aggressive; don;t go pontificating about something you don't know.
