    re: Ann: VIC: Change in substantial holding f... I guess the $390,000 substantial deposit they paid several years ago for a gold plant that has never been delivered/not being used would be some cash that they could use elsewhere.

    Or

    Even more useful would be the cash flow from a producing gold plant on existing leases.
