For those of you who are shareholders and have a shorter investment horizon, now may be the time to reduce your holdings. Principal investors in CUP will have another 1/3 of their holdings come out of escrow on 22/12/12 (from memory). With this comes the potential for a number of these shareholders to take advantage of the current shareprice and sell down their holdings, especially considering there is low levels of liquidity in the stock. This could make the company a prime target to take a short position, but I have not been able to find a broker that can short CUP.
Don't take this as advice, this is just simply some assumptions I have made based on the information I have found and thought it may be of interest to some shareholders.
